Desmo, AKA “Lip” is our first Bordeaux. We purchased him with no intention of showing him, which blows us away every time we think about it!!! We started showing him when he was 11 months old where he won “Best of Winners” (with competition). In April 2007, he was crowned The Dogue De Bordeaux Society of America National Champion. “I dedicate that win to Todd Strohl, Desmo’s breeder. May he rest in peace.” Thank you Todd and Karen for breeding such a wonderful animal. He is a great show dog, has a wonderful temperament, he’s superdog and our buddie. His hips were rated in the top 20% of the breed by PennHIP with no DJD and he passed his OFA elbows and OFA cardiac (done by a certified Cardiologist).
