The Bergman’s Probation is now over and they are allowed to own and breed dogs again. In 2004, DDB Rescue assisted in the placement of yet another dogue that came out of the Bergman's once they were allowed to own and breed dogs again.
Jeanette Bergman was recently on JUDGE JUDY December 29, 2004:

A Spokane man accuses a housewife of puppy snatching. She claims they were ‘owed’ to her because her previous puppies died. (taken from the Judge Judy website www.judgejudy.com )
